Suicide Prevention
Suicide is very scary and horrible thing that people do to get away from their pain of not feeling needed or wanted in the world. If you or a person you know is thinking about suicide or is clinically depressed you need to reassure yourself or your friend that he or she is needed. Focus on your strengths rather than your weaknesses. As a friend let the person know you are there for them and they can talk to you. Sometimes they just need someone to listen. And most importantly don't keep your friends talk of suicide a secret. If you see signs of suicide tell a trusted adult and they can get your friend help. When you get down think of the people who need and love you and how would it affect them if you were gone. Think positive and remember its normal to be depressed every once in a while but if your depression worsens get help don't hesitate.

Long Term Fitness Goal
I want to make my overhand serve in volleyball go just an inch or two above the net every time I serve by 9th grade volleyball tryouts. I will acheive my goal by practicing serving once a week.
